Museums at Night, a UK-wide festival of late night openings in art galleries, museums and heritage sites kicks off tomorrow night, 27th October.
But it's Friday the 28th October when the Birmingham galleries opens their doors at night for gallery hopping between eight of B’ham’s top art venues. You can board the free Art Bus to take you to each venue, so no argy bargy about getting around.
You can visit the Ikon Gallery, Mac Birmingham, East Side Project, RBSA, Centrala, Grand Union and Vivid Projects. Each venue stays open late with free gallery tours and refreshments. It’s also completely free, although a donation is always appreciated!
For more details of what’s on at each gallery, check individual websites:
The bus starts from 5pm so make sure you plan your evening adventures before going, check out the Art Bus timetable here.
